This unprecedented side effect of becoming a timeless has not, however, significantly decreased his potential as a recruit. He has been provided specialized sunglasses which correct for his optical damage. He has, however, reported odd dreams to the Psi department. In these, he reports vivid memories of being a marine. He also suggests that in actuality, a man with long white hair was responsible for blinding him.

Kennedy was recruited shortly after running away from his home. He was eager for a new start, and hardly needed convincing to join up with Time Peace. He tends to be withdrawn, though is very loyal to Blake Anthony, his best friend. He is physically capable and has taken to a regular exercise regimen, probably because of his conviction that he has been a marine. He is stubborn, but has a tendency to underestimate his abilities. He has a bad tendency to bottle up his emotions, but the right influence should be able to draw him out. Our initial assessments indicate that he has above-average, though not outstanding potential.

Blake Anthony is another new recruit to Dark Eye Squad. Blake signed up alongside Kennedy Frost, his best friend. After Kennedy ran away from his home, Blake decided to follow him. His loyalty to his friend is the primary reason he joined Time Peace. However, our initial interviews also indicate that he had additional motives. Blake came from a family of five, and he was close to his oldest brother, Ryan. However, approximately one year before Blake’s recruitment, Ryan Anthony died in an airplane accident. The Psi department believes that pain, while somewhat dulled by time, was a contributing factor to his decision.
Physically, Blake is tall and lanky. His hair is short and bristly, and he has a tendency to grin no matter the circumstance. He has also demonstrated a high intelligence in addition to his athletic aptitude. He may, however, have a tendency to get lost in thought. Additionally, he is not particularly eager to engage in violence despite knowing that he may have to while in the service of Time Peace. The most likely factors to cause him to act are if his friends are in danger. Blake demonstrates high levels of attachment to Kennedy and others he is close to. Time Peace believes he has a very high potential after training, particularly in theoretical or strategic affairs. It is recommended he be transferred out of Dark Eye, so long as the interpersonal disruption is minimized.

David was trained under Pierce Elliot, who led a team of similar high-potential recruits. Their team was highly successful, having never failed a mission. However, Elliot and the rest of the team became disillusioned with Time Peace and defected to Anarakia. David refused when they offered him a position. Weighing David’s exemplary record against his exposure to and tutelage under a prominent traitor, Time Peace eventually assigned David to leader of Dark Eye Squad.
David is capable physically, but excels in leadership and espionage. David has a talent for reading people and earning their trust. David has already laid the groundwork to begin training of Kennedy Frost and Blake Anthony while undercover at Aechyr Academy. David’s easy-going personality and calm control makes him an ideal candidate to train these new recruits. Additionally, he has made several contacts with the students of the Academy. David may have an additional objective, one he has assigned himself. There is a possibility that Aechyr’s missing Crown Princess is attending Aechyr Academy. David is more than capable of coming to this conclusion, and has the quiet ambition to try to find her. Hopefully, this will not distract from his true mission, nor hinder a promising career.

Despite this, Randy has demonstrated incredible skill in the field, particularly in regards to stealth and combat. While in the proper role, Randy has been essential to the success of several missions. However, he has been consistently written up by superiors for poor discipline and attitude. His transfer to Dark Eye, and his partnership with David Greene has shown some positive results. He and David have developed a surprising level of trust.
Randy has a wiry frame, but broad shoulders. He keeps his hair combed back and up, and sometimes appears off-putting to his comrades, though that might be more of an effect of his personality. His nastier tendencies are likely a result of his activities on his home timeline. Randy had an extensive juvenile record, mostly from fighting. He had quite a record for fighting with his peers in a low-income neighborhood. He may have also developed a rebellious tendency in defiance of the religious school he attended. However, it’s more likely he picked it up from his peers. At the time, his skill and lack of attachments made him seem an ideal candidate to one recruiter. However, this overlooked his lack of empathy. Whether he will remain in the employ of Time Peace will depend entirely on how influential David Greene will prove to be.
